Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
All orders are processed same day with a cut-off time of 5pm. Deliveries are made the next business day. If an item is coming from a non-local facility (backordered), it can add 1-3 additional days. If an order incurs freight, an addition 1-2 weeks may apply. All items are delivered as they arrive. If items are delayed, a separate delivery will be made
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
You will receive an Order Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your order number(s). If there is tracking, the tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
If one or more of your products should arrive damaged, please contact customer support at 770.689.1900 and we will schedule a pick-up of the damaged item and send you a replacement.
Please have all packaging materials and damaged goods gathered for pickup for next day.
